YPC Athletics Board Director

Dr. Jake Boyle is now the new Des Moines YPC (Young Professionals Connection) athletics board director. He remains committed to engaging with and helping his home community. YPC is a well established organization and a sub-set from the Des Moines Partnership committed to attracting and retaining young professionals to the Des Moines area.

His job will be to connect Des Moines residents involved with YPC to local community rec leagues such as sand volleyball, softball, bowling, ultimate Frisbee and various other leagues. He will also act as the liaison between YPC and local minor league sports teams.

Dr Jake is committed to improving the overall health and wellness of the Des Moines community. Involvement in a rec team not only improves physical well being, but also mental and emotional well being. The mental benefits of getting outside, being a part of a team and working together with others towards a common goal can be more valuable than the physical benefits of athletics.
